Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support students in their learning and personal development.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals.

- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the school's close-knit community.
- Promote resilience, independence, and confidence in students by adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
What We're Looking For:
- A determined and energetic individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
- A positive, proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
