An exciting opportunity has been created to develop and implement strategies to grow individual giving within an amazing hospice!

Position: Individual Giving Project Manager

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Wiltshire

Contract: Full-time, 12 Month Contract (FTC)

Salary: Circa £36-40k

The Role

You will lead planning and implementation of the individual giving programme. It will also be your responsibility to generate significant income through managing cash appeals, raffle campaigns, the lottery, a regular giving acquisition program, legacy marketing, and in-memory giving.

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will also line manage the Individual Giving Officer and work closely with the Director of Income Generation to achieve the hospice's income targets and enhance donor relationships.

About You

As the Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will have a proven track record in individual giving, in-memory fundraising, supporter experience or direct marketing, alternatively experience in a related fundraising role.

You will also have:

• Track record of achieving income targets and driving growth
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices
• Experience of running fundraising appeals or direct marketing campaigns
• Demonstrable experience of setting and delivering an income and expenditure budget
• Knowledge of fundraising databases, including Raisers Edge
• Experience in using digital channels to increase individual giving or fundraising income
• Experience in managing and developing teams
