Showroom Manager

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Showroom Manager for industry leading and award-winning client, based in Edinburgh. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Showroom Manager to oversee operations and drive sales at their Edinburgh branch. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management skills and excellent communication abilities as well as showroom experience, preferably within Kitchen showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily showroom operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
* Organise and maintain showroom displays.
* Implement sales strategies to boost revenue.
* Provide administrative support.
* Oversee the entire sales process from lead to completion.
* Manage and train the showroom team.
Requirements:
* Proven showroom management experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Experience in kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom showrooms.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team.
