Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Norwich, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (Flexible hours around 9am - 5:30pm, school hours available)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee the management of properties, including coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs, conducting regular inspections and tests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- New Developments: Assist in identifying and evaluating new property development opportunities.
- Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- PA Tasks: Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing office facilities and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours around 9am - 5:30pm.
- Option for school hours to accommodate personal commitments.
