Position: Junior Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate (NQ – 3PQE) 
Salary: Up to £55,000 
Location: Cheltenham 

Overview 
An award winning, Legal 500 firm are looking for an NQ – 3PQE Solicitor to join their Cheltenham based Commercial Property team. 

The Role 
As part of a friendly and supportive team, you will handle a wide variety of Commercial Property matters. This includes sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, lease work, refinancing, landlord and tenant issues, property developments and expansions, disposals and acquisitions, options and overages, purchasing development land, partnership agreements, and negotiating and drafting contracts.

You will manage a varied caseload independently or collaborate as part of the team, assisting clients with expanding their property portfolios and handling sale and purchase contracts.
