Teaching Assistant

A vibrant and thriving junior academy are seeking a Teaching Assistant with a focus on supporting children with additional needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a supportive and dynamic educational environment, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role: - Support teaching staff in raising the quality and standards of education.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational activities for children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Engage with children to facilitate their academic and social development.
- Utilize well-resourced facilities and IT equipment to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve professional skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience working in primary school settings, particularly with SEN children.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent.
- Passionate about children’s learning and development.
- Flexible, calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and professional relationship building.
- Ambitious, energetic, and creative, with a strong desire to contribute to the whole school.
