Production Operative

JOBS IN SUNDERLAND

Baltic Recruitment are looking for production operatives for a global manufacturer supplier and developer. Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can-do attitude.

This role is a temp to perm contract.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Duties

• Manufacturing products to high standards
• Diagnosing problems and ensuring timely resolutions
• Maintaining good housekeeping
• Ensuring adherence to quality systems and procedures
• Operating high tech production line equipment
• Use of hand tools
• Loading and unloading products

Shifts:
Day/night shifts available.

Pay:
Vary depending on shifts

Candidates

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
• Understanding the importance of working as team to achieve productivity standards
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
• Ability to interpret and balance a variety of feedback
• Proven experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous.
