As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in processing orders received from managers and will encompass various administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing client sales orders and account setup.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely fulfilment
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, and issues.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients as needed.
- Process invoices for customer orders and update them on any changes in pricing.
- Maintain records of customer transactions, sales reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Update and maintain the business system with accurate client and sales information.
The Ideal Candidate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Ensures accuracy in order processing, documentation, and reporting to avoid errors.
- Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, and software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,).
- Understanding of sales cycles, workflows, and related administrative requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a close knit team.
