Job Title: KS3 Tutor (Full-Time)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum with a focus on reading, writing, and maths.
• Engage students creatively and develop their enjoyment of learning.
• Tailor teaching to individual needs, supporting different learning styles.
• Foster resilience, independence, and lifelong learning skills.
• Celebrate British values, cultural diversity, equality, and difference.
• Prepare pupils for nationally recognized qualifications, including GCSEs.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a school as a Teacher/Unqualified Teacher/ Cover Teacher/HLTA
• Experience working with KS3 students.
• Strong commitment to improving student outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
