We are seeking dedicated Teachers who are passionate about fostering a high standard of education and conduct. Teachers in this role will be responsible for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes progress and high outcomes across various subjects.

• Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils while establishing a safe and stimulating environment rooted in mutual respect.
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons that impart knowledge and foster a love of learning.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the strengths and needs of all pupils, ensuring effective learning.
• Assess pupils regularly, both formatively and summative, to monitor and encourage progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a good and safe learning environment.
• Engage in wider professional responsibilities, contributing positively to the ethos of the school and maintaining professional relationships.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in teaching and managing a classroom.
• Strong subject and curriculum knowledge across various educational areas.
• Ability to create inclusive learning environments that cater to a diverse range of needs, including SEN, EAL, and high-ability pupils.
• Proficient in using technology and various educational tools to enhance learning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
