This role offers the chance to work on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Mental capacity issues and Court of Protection matters
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE in Private Client Matters
• A genuine passion for this area of law and a drive to excel
• Strong client care and communication skills
