Job title: Production Controller

Location: Colwick, Nottingham 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and helping the company hit KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials.
• Operate ERP/MRP systems.
• Expediting products through the factory to meet deadlines.
• Lead production forecasting and planning.
• Aligning supplier deliveries with factory demand.
• Generating performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar manufacturing role. 
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
• Proficient in production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
