Private Client Solicitor (2 years PQE)
Full Time, Permanent
£35,000 - £50,000 DOE
Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid working)

Main duties and Responsibilities:

• You will take on an already existing case load of varied Private Client work which will consist of Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.
• Ability to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.
• Attending clients, taking instructions, and preparing cases.
• Dealing with correspondence
• Maintaining accurate time and cost recording and other management records.

 
What we need from you:

• Minimum 2 years Private Client fee earning experience, essential.
• Driving licence and own car
• Supervision experience / Head of Department would be ideal
• Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
• Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
