Finance Director

Finance Director | Permanent | London (hybrid working) | Healthcare

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a London-based Healthcare organisation who are looking to identify a Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven Senior Finance professional looking to join the Board of a reputable organisation, and play a key role in advising on strategic business decisions as part of an experienced management team.

Duties:

• Work in partnership with the Chief Executive and the Board to provide leadership and strategic direction for the organisation
• Leadership and development of Finance team, driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Build influential relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure organisation’s strategic objectives are achieved
• Lead on organisation’s cost improvement plans, resource planning, commercial activity, and corporate risk management
• Develop commercial approach in identifying and securing new revenue opportunities

The person:

• Fully Qualified with strong leadership experience developed within the Public Sector
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build key relationships at senior level
• Strong commercial acumen
