In this role, you will support the recruitment lifecycle for the University campus of Bahrain and related Glasgow roles, guided by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, plan recruitment campaigns, use job boards and social media, manage candidate lists, address queries, maintain the ATS, schedule interviews, handle offers, and coordinate immigration and relocation. Emphasising candidate experience, you will ensure a smooth and positive process, while fostering teamwork and collaboration throughout. You may also be involved in the development of an employee handbook.
As such, a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent is required.
