We are looking for a proactive InternalRecruitment Consultant to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. This role will be supporting Fleet, Logistics and Wholesale: recruiting throughout the UK from Administrators to Directors for our Central teams - Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, Property, Sales. Some support for our Retail business may be required from time to time.

  • Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days working from home
  • Package: £28K + Bonus + Benefits

About you:

  • You will have worked as either a Resourcer or Recruiter (either in-house or agency) recruiting similar disciplines.
  • Be Social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting
  • Have excellent networking and communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations
  • Be experienced in sourcing good quality candidates in a high-volume environment
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Have proven sourcing / screening experience
  • Excellent hands-on recruitment experience from understanding the requirements through to offer and onboarding
  • Have the ability to write good copy for advertising on a variety of platforms such as multi-posting boards, job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of other social media

Ideally you will understand diversity & inclusion and have been involved in employer branding. This Hybrid role requires no sales, just a true passion to source great people.

About the role:

  • A high percentage of the role will involve supporting the recruitment for Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) for their recruitment needs: from Administrators to Directors. Where demand is required, to assist recruiting for our Retail business, Protyre.
  • Advertising, Resourcing, Networking, Sourcing excellent candidates
  • Looking after both the candidate and the hiring manager journey - providing an excellent service to both
  • Work with other teams to provide a great onboarding experience - help new starters feel part of the team from day one
