This part-time HLTA role offers the opportunity to contribute to this exceptional school culture while working 3 days a week with competitive daily pay of £90-£120 (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS and KS1, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons when required.
• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver interventions that bridge learning gaps and extend children's knowledge.
• Assist with creating and delivering creative, inclusive, and interactive activities that align with EYFS and KS1 curriculums.
• Create a positive, trusting relationship with pupils to promote emotional and academic growth.
• Take responsibility for small group and whole-class teaching when the teacher is unavailable.
• Maintain up-to-date records of pupils' progress and support the analysis of data to inform future planning.
• Collaborate effectively with staff to share resources, strategies, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• HLTA Qualification (Level 4 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) with experience in EYFS and/or KS1.
• A passion for working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
