• Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Leading audit engagements, including planning, budgets, and timelines.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and expanding service offerings.
• Collaborating across teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Developing and mentoring team members to ensure professional growth.

What we're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with significant client portfolio management experience.
• Ideally hold RI status or be working towards it.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
