What do I need?

The ideal candidate will have a desire to have a career in law with previous file handling experience or they will have worked in the insurance industry.

Whilst experience and qualifications are desirable, above all we hire based on potential so, if you are enthusiastic and want to learn and develop within an exciting and niche area of law, we are able to offer you the training to succeed.

What will you be doing?

You will deal independently (under supervision) with a case load of fixed fee, pre-litigated, fraudulent / potentially fraudulent claims within our client’s case management systems.

Previous experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of personal injury or similar matters would be required along with a knowledge or experience of Personal Injury Clams; preferably Defendant and/or hands on experience of working within the insurance sector.

You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.
