Job description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North of England on a fully remote basis for an initial period of 6 months, with the strong possibility of an extension.

This position is on a fully remote basis, whilst candidates will ideally be available on a full time basis.

The succesful canddiate will either be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, and will be comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision across the following areas:

• Shareholder disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Intellectual property

Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience
