Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records and managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Preparing VAT returns and reconciling accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts.
• Liaising with clients and resolving queries.
• Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks.

• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
