Your Impact:

Raise credit notes, create manual invoices, and ensure smooth payment processing.
Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating as necessary to maintain satisfaction.
Build lasting relationships with customers and agents, listening to and anticipating needs.
Identify opportunities for the sales team, supporting growth goals.

We're Looking For:
