Location: Hertfordshire (??Watford, ??Hemel Hempstead, ??St Albans)

Pay Rate: ?? £30-£35 per hour

Job Description:

�? Reed Tutors is looking for passionate and dedicated SEND Teachers to provide tailored support to students in the Hertfordshire area.

We need tutors who can help children and young people with special educational needs achieve their potential through engaging and individualised teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• ?? Deliver 1:1 or small group lessons tailored to the unique needs of SEND students

• ?? Adapt teaching methods to support students’ individual learning styles and abilities

• ?? Track, assess, and report on student progress, helping them achieve their learning goals

• ???�? Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and support staff to implement and review students’ EHCP.

Requirements:

• ? A valid DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• �? Experience working with SEND students in an educational setting

• ?? A creative and flexible approach to teaching

• ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
