We are seeking an experienced Lecturer in Plumbing to join our team at the Bromley Campus. This role involves assisting with the effective planning and organisation of plumbing courses and teaching students of varying abilities across Level 1-3 courses. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Curriculum Manager on curriculum development and help expand the department.

• Teach a range of plumbing vocational courses to students of varying abilities, across different levels and awarding bodies, including City & Guilds.
• Assist in the development and expansion of the plumbing department.
• Participate in the promotion of plumbing courses and other related curriculum areas.
• Engage in marketing events as required to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the plumbing courses offered.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
