Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a national award-winning architectural practice who provide expert and innovative design to the commercial and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for a newly qualified architect to hit the ground running for their friendly team based in York.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have recently completed you RIBA part 3 qualification with relevant post part 2 qualification experience within a UK architectural practice. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in Revit and have a portfolio that can demonstrate experience within the residential and commercial sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • Chartered member of RIBA
  • Post Part 3 qualification experience within a UK architectural practice would be advantageous
  • ARB registered
  • Recent completion of the RIBA part 3 qualification
  • Strong experience post Part 2 qualification completion
  • Experience with Revit is essential
  • Experience working on residential and commercial projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Live locally to the York area
