Group Financial Controller

Robert Half Talent solutions are seeking a Group Finance manager for a large and growing organisation based in Bridgend.

• Reporting into the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for reporting , analysis and commercial commentary for a number of the groups companies.
• Managing a local finance team including Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and the management accounting functions.
• Coordinate the production of accurate & timely monthly management accounts, including involvement in the provision of detailed commentary and performance reporting
• Preparation of short-, medium- & long-term cash flow forecasts to support the wider business in its management of working capital
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure good communication and sharing of key information, supporting the operational & commercial teams by providing key insights to improve on performance and ensure spend is controlled
• Production of monthly/quarterly debt and reporting requirements
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of appropriate internal financial controls and risk management processes
• Ensure that the company's internal financial control systems, processes and policies are complied with by all parts of the Company's operations
• Support the business with ad hoc requests for data, insights, financial planning & analysis
• Lead, develop and motivate all direct reports, identifying training requirements and mentoring team members.

On offer:

Salary £60,000 to £70,000

Based in in Bridgend

Hybrid working three days in the office.

Discretionary annual bonus

25 days holiday in addition to public holidays
