The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a broad curriculum, ensuring the needs of all pupils are met. You will be a key part of a dedicated team, working alongside other staff members to deliver engaging, innovative lessons and support students' social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
· Foster a positive learning environment where children feel motivated, valued, and safe.
· Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
· Contribute to the development of school activities and initiatives.
· Use assessment to monitor progress and ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Ideal Candidate:
· A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 4 experience.
· Strong classroom management skills and a passion for creating engaging, creative lessons.
· Committed to promoting an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· A desire to contribute positively to the wider school community.
