About the role:
- Partner with teams to ensure effective review and challenge of consumer committee and forum materials
- Facilitate key Consumer Duty governance committees
- Lead governance improvement programmes across the Risk Office and wider business
- Analyse insights from customer journey testing and other sources to identify key themes and share findings with senior stakeholders
- Advocate for customers, using internal and external insights to inform recommendations
About you:
- Experience in risk management, particularly internal risk practices
- Strong understanding of customer regulation and Consumer Duty principles
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, delivering actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential approach
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
- Strong judgement and the ability to assess and recommend actions on diverse risks
- Critical thinking skills and a passion for improving customer outcomes
