We are recruiting a Community Safety Assistant to join our team, providing administrative support to the Community Safety team.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Safety Manager and the Community Safety Team to deliver services to the business by completing a variety of delegated admin tasks.
- Run or assist with projects for the Community Safety Team
- Complete administration tasks with support from the team that included but are not limited to, completing witness statements, case file management, referrals to litigation, surveys, case chronologies and evaluations.
- Maintain confidential liaison arrangements with other statutory and voluntary bodies, agencies, organisations and individuals as part of a multi agency approach to tackling anti social behaviour.
- Participate as a key member of the Community Safety Team in the provision of a quality customer orientated service.
- Assist with site visits, where necessary.
- You will be required to work at an office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Requirements
- Some knowledge and understanding of Anti Social Behaviour and social housing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent admin skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel
- Enthusiasm and commitment to providing a high-quality service to the client.
- A strong team work ethic and the ability to motivate and encourage others.
- Good presentation skills in a wide range of settings.
- A full driving license to complete on site inspections, where needed.
