Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Rotherham - Hybrid
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract till December 2025

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Elevation IT are seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our clients in Rotherham on a fixed term contract basis to support their projects function with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule, monitor, and report on project progress.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Support portfolio management by providing data visualisations and predictive analytics.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
