Machine Operator

Location: Paddock Wood (moving to Marden in March 2025)
Salary: £30,888 per annum

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their team at their site in Paddock Wood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
• Conducting regular quality checks and troubleshooting machinery issues as needed.
• Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 45 hours per week

Please note that the site in Paddock Wood will be relocating to Marden in March 2025. Applicants should be willing to make the transition to the new location.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
