Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored advice and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
  • Delivering tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients.
  • Liaising with HMRC and external stakeholders, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (QBE candidates will also be considered).
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client service.
