Location: Whiteley, Hampshire
Salary: £25,000 (increasing to £27,500 after probation) + uncapped OTE (£65,000+)

In this role, you will focus on selling cutting-edge broadband solutions to businesses across the UK. You’ll manage outbound calls, qualify leads, convert opportunities, and build lasting relationships. Full training is provided, ensuring you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed.

Hosted are a Vodafone Strategic Partner, delivering cutting-edge mobile, digital and cloud technology to businesses of all sizes looking to revolutionise their IT infrastructure and communications, working with companies such as 23.5 Degrees, Starbucks' largest UK franchised business partner.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell tailored broadband solutions to meet client needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
- Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Achieving Targets
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in broadband or telecoms.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback and continuously improving sales skills.
