Lettings Manager

Our client, an established Lettings Agency, is currently looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their team in the Wakefield area.

The successful Lettings Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the Lettings team and valuing.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000
• OTE £35,000 - £38,000

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

• Experience managing a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience within Lettings industry
• UK driving licence
• Strong listing experience

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

• Overseeing Lettings Team
• Valuing and Listing Properties to market
• Driving business forward
• Training and supporting Lettings team
