Teaching Assistant

We are working with a lovely primary school in Bexley who’s looking for 2 x Teaching Assistants to join their school.
Both positions are part-time and start in January 2025.

The school is located in a lovely part of Bexley and is well recognised in the local area for being a good school.

Teaching assistants play a vital role in helping pupils progress to ensure every child achieves their full potential.

Vacancy 1) Year 1 Teaching Assistant - 3 days per week (Wed’s, Thur’s & Friday’s)

Mixture of general teaching assistance & 1:1 support

Vacancy 2) Early Years Teaching Assistant - 1 day per week (Wednesdays)

Working in a mixture of nursery class and reception class

The School / Roles:

• Mainstream primary school in Bexley
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay rate: £93 - £110 per day, weekly pay
• January 2025 start date, long-term contract

Requirements:

• Must have an enhanced DBS certificate
• Must be passionate about working in schools and helping all children achieve their full potential
• Experience working in education / in schools / with children is essential
• The school are looking to meet with interested candidates as soon as possible for paid trial days
