This role offers the flexibility of a 3-day-a-week or full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent contract after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Engineering and Graphics for secondary school students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Engineering and Graphics at the secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for innovative teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
