Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including leases, licences, and sale and purchase agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support ongoing property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, agents, and other legal professionals to facilitate property transactions.
• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
• Assist in due diligence processes and property-related transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the fee earners, ensuring efficient case management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A solid understanding of commercial property law, gained through previous paralegal experience or relevant legal studies.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
