Conveyancer - South Humberside

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or experienced fee earner. Offered on a hybrid, full-time permanent basis in South Humberside, this role offers a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions.

The successful Conveyancer will have previous experience in a similar role with at least 1 year PQE handling their own caseload with minimal supervision.

The role:

• Running and managing your own caseload
• Dealing with Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Preparing Contract packs
• Investigating and reporting on title
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers
• Exchanges and completions
• Post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry
• Compliance including AML and SRA rules and regulations
• Acting for and dealing with lender requirements
• All other reasonable duties in connection with providing an all-round conveyancing service
• Assist with the development of new business and networking

Applications are welcome from Conveyancers with the following:

• Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
• Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
• Interest in networking and business development
