About the Role
As a permanent member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management and contributing to the success of the organisation. You will work closely with the Finance & Office Manager and Senior Administration Support Officer to ensure smooth operations across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Proposal Support:
- Coordinate with Project Managers and gain expertise in project software (CMap).
- Manage invoicing and organise project-specific interviews.
- Prepare administrative documents and submit proposals.
- Opportunity Management:
- Download tender documents and monitor proposal lists.
- General Office Support:
- Proofread documents, update the website, and support marketing activities.
- Arrange meetings, travel, and events, and assist with recruitment drives.

About You
Advantageously, you are proactive, highly organised, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Relevant professional experience in project management support would be highly desirable, alongside having a strong eye for detail and an exceptional work ethic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
