Care Co-ordinator (Domiciliary Care)

Autumn Search are presently recruiting for a Care Co-ordintor on behalf of an established award winning Domiciliary Care company situated in Camberley, Surrey.

My client provides high quality care to elderly people wishing to remain in their own home. Due to growth they are now seeking an experienced Care Co-ordinator/Care Scheduler or Care Supervisor/Senior Carer with rostering experience to be part of an accomplished successful team and who would ultimately like to progress their career within home care.

Starting Salary:- £29K p.a.

Experience of the following will be beneficial: -

• Care Coordination/Rostering experience in creation and management of rotas for clients & carers either as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler or Senior Carer, Care Supervisor within a Domiciliary Care environment
• Experience of liaising with Clients, Families & Professionals to manage care needs & staff deployment Proven experience of providing the highest standards of care Previous experience working with and supporting a team
• Administrative experience
• Ability to take both client and recruitment enquiries
• Proficiency in following CQC regulations and safeguarding measures
