- Strategising and implementing procurement policies and processes.
- Managing subcontract procurement and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimise procurement processes.
- Analysing market trends and applying insights to procurement strategies.
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies with subcontractors.

Profile
A successful Subcontract Procurement Lead should have:
- NEC3/NEC4 experience
- Proven experience in procurement of subcontractors
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
