Prospero Group are recruiting for an Education Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning recruitment agency, specialising in placing top-quality candidates into schools and educational institutions across the region. Within this role you will be managing a team of Consultant whilst also growing your own desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants and a Resourcer to achieve team targets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with primary and secondary schools, ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
• Train and mentor new Consultants
• Conduct performance reviews
• Mentor teams to work in a supportive and collaborative way.

For the role, we are looking for an ambitious and successful Senior Recruitment Consultant that is hungry for that next step in their career!

To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.

You must have a minimum experience within a Senior Recruitment Consultant role, ideally education or fast-moving temporary recruitment.
