This is a broad commercial valuations role covering loan security valuations for key clients, including major UK clearing banks and challenger banks across industrial, office, and retail sectors. Additionally, this team specialises in large-scale PRS developments, working with one of the largest UK developers on residential and commercial valuations for developers and funders.

Responsibilities:
* Execute valuation engagements with support from junior and senior staff, from instruction through to completion.
* Manage existing client relationships at middle to senior management levels on a day-to-day basis.
* Prepare standard reports, valuations, and submissions, with guidance on more complex issues.
* Advise and guide graduates and administrative employees on an ad hoc basis.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities within the discipline.
* Contribute towards the team's fee-earning targets.
* Manage small instructions or subsections of major projects effectively.
* Enhance the team's reputation through successful delivery of work.
* Evaluate, adapt, and improve standards, techniques, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree-level education.
* MRICS qualification.
* RICS Registered Valuer status.
* Preferred knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software (training provided).
