Location - Birmingham

We are seeking a team of 4 dedicated and experienced shuttering carpenters to join our team and work on a busy commercial project

Shuttering Carpenter Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates of £25per hour (CIS)- equivalent to £21 per hour PAYE direct
• 3 months contract duration
• 9 hours work days - no break deducted
• Consideration for future work with a busy client

Shuttering Carpenter the role:

• Reading Blueprints: Interpreting construction drawings to create accurate formwork.
• Measuring and Cutting: Precisely measuring and cutting materials (wood, metal, or plastic) to build formwork.
• Assembling Formwork: Constructing and securing the shuttering structures to hold wet concrete.
• Ensuring Stability: Reinforcing the shuttering to ensure it can withstand the weight of the poured concrete.
• Safety Compliance: Following safety standards to protect workers and maintain construction integrity.

Shuttering Carpenter requirements:

• Previous experience and references
• Right to work in UK
• CSCS level 2/level 3
• Own tools
• Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.
