What will the Key Account Managers responsibilities be?
- Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organisation.
- Drive performance improvements based on measurable KPIs, focusing on operational excellence.
- Work with the senior management team on data analysis
- Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing communication and processes, both internally and externally.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues and external/internal sub-contractors.
What will the Key Account Manager do? - Manage order administration and sales order processing.
- Project manage delivery of work, ensuring a precise and methodical approach is adhered to with the customer always coming first
What Qualifications and Experience will the Senior Account Manager have? - Experience in sales and marketing within a fast-moving industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive experience in change management.
