Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of lessons during teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged.
• Managing classroom behavior and addressing any issues that arise.
• Assisting students with their learning and responding to their queries.
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
• DBS on the update Service.
