Location: Desborough
Working Hours: Flexible

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)

Contract: Temporary (Ongoing, expected until the end of January/February)
Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.30 per hour

We are seeking a Facilities Operative to join our team in Desborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a role with flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.

• Assist with general maintenance and facilities tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
• Conduct routine checks and report any issues promptly.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role or practical skills in maintenance, repairs, or DIY projects are a strong advantage.
