The Role
 
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estates.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their interests protected.
• Draft and review key legal documents such as Wills and Trusts.
• Conduct client meetings to offer clear, practical guidance on estate planning, tax, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (dependent on experience).
• Contribute to business development through networking activities to promote Private Client services.

• Qualified Solicitor: NQ PQE+ in Private Client law.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing matters related to Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate
• Administration.
• Client-Focused: Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with colleagues
