The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Retail Manager to collaborate with top-tier retailers and F&B operators, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong brand partnerships, driving sales, and analysing performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a robust retailer communications plan, including newsletters, email updates, and CRM management.
- Gather and analyse retailer data, producing trend and KPI reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor retailer performance through turnover reports and on-site observation, addressing concerns as needed.
- Organise and manage brand partner meetings, ensuring insights and actions are effectively communicated.
- Collaborate with service partners and stakeholders to enhance environmental practices and operational standards.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, providing pre- and post-event analysis to assess impact.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate brand partners into events, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Provide training and support to retailers through toolbox talks and workshops, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience at a strategic level within retail, leisure, or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce and interpret detailed reports and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage teams and partners effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.
