Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Duration: 6 Months - Possibility of extension

Location: South West Lincoln

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour / £17.81 per hour when doing shifts

Shift pattern:

• Earlies - 5.30am - 1.45pm afternoon Mon-Thurs (day shift Friday)
• Lates - 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thurs (Friday off)
• 2 weeks earlies, 2 weeks lates as a rotation.
• 30-5pm on the days on a Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and pack incoming stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Ensure a clean and organised warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse role is desirable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Forklift certification is a bonus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
